— — - SJC/KSJC San Jose, CA USA  circa 1977 unsure if I've already posted this photo years ago, but year apprx as a heavy fog and weather inversion layer enveloped SFO causing delays for landing traffic. SJC was somewhat clear and in a short time we had the United DC-8 Freighter, The AA 707 freighter behind the UAL DC-8 and a TWA 707 Cargojet on the ground, but I  could not get all 3 in 1 photo. I'm sure I posted the TWA 707 cargo on this page years ago, I just dont have the reg number to search. I used this photo on the SFO airline collectible show Instagram page for the upcoming show in sept 21, 2024.

Alien ... Super! I luv old clicks like this. Bring back fantastic memories. I was never at SJC in those years but I WAS at Boston, JFK and Newark, Detroit, Dallas, etc., back then. Hey, check out Darryl's pics. He was at JFK recently and got some great snaps there. Five *s for this oldie.
