BOEING 737-300 (N309SW) - SJC - In 1994 Southwest was able to get a foothold into San Jose with 4-5 gate at the south-end of then new Terminal A vacated by American and later USAir. before the trees grew taller the view from the top 5th floor of the new Terminal A parking structure afforded very nice views of airline arrivals and departures. Not too much later in the view, SJC airport officials built the US Customs building blocking this view...starting the death knell for airline photography enthusiast at SJC in which from about 2008 most vantage points at San Jose for airline photos are gone! This jet here was Ln 1160 delv new to SWA Oct 1985 now broken up many years ago.
