Koritz Field is a critical element of the area's transportation infrastruc-ture and a valuable asset for economic growth in and around the Rochelle area. The airport is ideally suited for its close prox-imity to business concentration on the south side, agriculture, two major Railroads and the interstate highways. Many companies depend on efficient and effective air transportation for company activities including several businesses currently in Rochelle.
