In order to remain competitive and maintain staff levels that larger FBO,s have , YYJ FBO Services does charge modest parking fees based on the size of your Aircraft. We do not sell AVGAS

I TELEPHONED one week before my arrival to ask “what fees/charges will I be charged at your FBO? Arriving in a PC12, staying 4 mights, taking approx. 200 gals of Jet-A”. I was told there would be no additional fees other than cost of fuel. Upon departure, I was charged an additional $75/nite for “ramp fee”. I was there 5 nites, so and additional $375!! That adds almost $2 per gallon tot he fuel cost. Had I known I was going to be charged that fee, I would have taken zero fuel, and would have refueled in the USA for a much lower price per gallon. When I explained this, I was told “oh, that’s too bad”. Guess how often I will return to Shell Aerocentre? That’s correct - only after hell freezes over..... Pilatus PC-12 |

60$/night ramp for medium sized single (Malibu Jetprop), and no discount if you buy fuel. PLUS...advertised price is not the price charged...you pay an "into-plane-fee" which in my case added 10% to cost of already expensive fuel, making it approx. 2.20$/L. A very expensive place to visit/park, should explore alternatives if you're running a private aircraft like me Piper Malibu Meridian |

Dear Sir who visited the FBO in you PC12. I’m sorry your experience was not what you expected, I have been the Manager here for 14 years and we have always charged ramp fees. I am also a pilot and pay ramp fees much higher than our fees elsewhere. I am not sure who you spoke with “a week before arrival” but I would like to remind you that the below review is not fair and did not reflect the fact you were only charged 3 nights as a compromise to the alleged miss understanding.

Very good service (although they didn't have the rental car waiting for us as promised) and nice facilities. But, $30 to park a 182 for 5 hours while we drive to downtown Victoria to visit seems just a bit too excessive (apparently it could have been $15 with fuel). Cessna Skylane |
