My family and I flew here this past weekend in a SR22. 3MY has a fuel island (no trucks) where only full service is available (no self serve). Bob (nice guy!) filled me up, helped me push the plane to parking, helped tie it down, and also helped carry our bags. Great service with no ramp/parking fees for the day (but I think there is an overnight fee now). The FBO has free coffee inside, and also has an older chevy corsica crew car. Peoria Approach is reachable from the ground on 121.6 which is way better than the GCO/RCO setup a lot of other airports have. This airport is also the home to Dr. Bruce Chien, a top notch AME, who is known across the country for assisting pilots in navigating the FAA bureaucracy when dealing with complex medical issues.
