That's an autogyro, not a helicopter. The difference is that the rotor is not powered, it auto-rotates. Pitch and roll are controlled by tilting the rotor. A helicopter has 4 flight controls; collective, cyclic, tail rotor pedals and throttle. An autogyro has only 3; control stick, rudder pedals and throttle.
