De Havilland Canada Twin Otter (N56RF) - This NOAA plane just kept flying the same 10 or so mile dog bone pattern over the water just off the beach for over two hours. It was flying at 100 knots with flaps 1. No idea what they were looking at and photographing. FA was not tracking it but FLradar24 was. A tough shot at 800mm handheld!
