Airbus A320 (N466UA) - Arriving from Denver (KDEN) at 7:56 PM last night, Uniteds N466UA, an A320, passes by only a few yards away from me as it flares out to touch tires to the runway 16R concrete at Reno Tahoe International.

I was positioned between the parallels (16R and 16L) and just a few feet to the right of the PAPI (Precision Approach Path Indicators) for 16R. The location was absolutely perfect. Several arrivals touched down directly next to me.

Hiho, Cliff. Sure did. As you know, I usually just do "one-a-day" posts, but for today and the next couple, I'm going "overboard" (lol) with two-a-day because the captures from this spot were super close. Also did some snapping from the catwalk on the top of the green end-of-approach / start-of-runway approach lights scaffold just near the 34L-16R overrun. Will share those some other time.
