This is the LAST FLYING SEASON of the remaining AVRO VULCAN, go to YOU TUBE and ask for "Vulcan Howl" !!

When I was at Farnborough in 2014, they said that that was the last year the Vulcan would fly too! They were trying to raise £3 million to keep her going another season. Looks like they did. I'm planning on going to Farnborough again in 2016, hopefully I'll see her there! Great shots Allan!

Sorry to tell you Mark its 100% CERTAIN this is 558's last flying season, but there are other exciting projects in the pipeline at RAF Finningley ( Robin Hood Airport)

They have a nice, non flying Vulcan at the Midlands Air Museum, in Coventry.

Also the most Iconic of the Vulcans .... XM 607 the one that Martin Withers DFC flew to bomb the FALKLANDS is on static display opposite the WAVE on the A15 at RAF WADDINGTON Lincs...
