Bell UH-1V Iroquois (N407KC)
KRDD - UH-1H or Kern County Fire department - on the ground at Redding, CA for the fires in northern California Sept 7, 2019. This was as close as I could get here at the joint Calfire/USFS Fire base at Redding Municipal Airport.

This Huey did not stay very long at Redding and was sent elsewhere,,,,
