Mathias' explanation of how he shot this photo is unclear, maybe something is lost in the translation.
Look closely at the photo, it was shot well above the runway, possibly from a crane. The runway is closed looking at the markings and the red and white barrier across the runway behind the easyJet.

I don't believe he shot this from a seat on another jet. Look at this news article about runway construction and scroll left to find this exact photo.

Nice find on the web jim gevay. If you hover over the picture's thumbnail, it reads:

Chis, it's tough tell because it's in German, but if you look in the description of the photo he wrote quelle G Wicker. In German quelle means origin or source and G Wicker would be the photographer, so he did cite where he got the photograph from and if you read, in one of his comments he tries to explain and in another one, he again gives credit to Mr. Wicker.
