Where is the shadow of the aircraft? Why do people have their cameras directed in a somewhat different direction than towards the aircraft?

Obviously photoshopped. They close traffic when a plane is landing and people on the beach are looking at the landing plane, not at the ocean. However, it is a great place for watching landings.

I see a shadow on the fence and at least three cameras pointed at the aircraft.

Its a legit photo, just not current. Plane was put into service in 2006 and parked in 2011. Found a link to a photo of it turning around prior to departure in 2008:
