The photo is underexposed and this is not a good shot I am afraid to say.

Here are a few tips:

1. Try opening up the shadows of plane in Lightroom.
2. If your camera has a built in light meter, use that to acquire a proper exposure
3. Set your camera to shutter priority and expose for +1ev stop higher to expose plane better
4. Use an external light meter to get an accurate exposure reading.
