Epic photo! Rainier always makes for a great background!

Got use to Mt Rainer in the background while I was stationed @ Ft. Lewis 85-86

I really like this photograph. It's got good framing and a fantastic background. And, there's lots and lots of space. I see so many images that have been cropped with very little or close to no space around the aircraft. That takes away from the photograph. Some might say there's too much space in this one. The use of space in this image creates a dramatic scene and one with feeling. Well done.

At times we need to crop for sake of the site, but I get this picture. Fab!

Are there any rare earth minerals in Mount Rainier?

I agree with Jimmy Robinson. Where possible, always give the subject (the aircraft) plenty of surrounding space. Makes for a better overall finished effect.

Stunning! Belongs on anyone's wall.
