A cool catch! As I understood it, this turbine otter spends time in different locations during different seasons. In Alaska during the winter, and around the Florida Keys during the summer. June 2013

Very cool! Especially since they made these about 10 miles from where I live in Toronto. :-)
Sure does not look like Ketchikan to me.
