Boeing 747-400 (EC-MQK) - Catch of the day and a great way to start off the New Year spotting! This Wamos 747 subbed for a Westjet 767 that went technical in London Gatwick the night before. Here shes being pushed back on the cargo ramp. The tug got stuck on a patch of ice and the plane sat idle for a long time before they got her moving again! Those poor flagmen, it was FREEZING cold! Operated as Westjet 9901 ferry flight back to Barajas Intl in Madrid. She ferried home empty!
