the folks at Boeing who let this trophy fish A220 get away to Airbus are overdue to be on the unemployment line. Period.Simple. Either boeing had a chance at acquiring this or they didn't. Airbus got their hands on a line of aircraft suited to the times and the future, with logical variations already being designed to suit passengers and carriers for decades to come. Airbus will sell thousands of these aircraft , and Boeing has no answer yet for any of it. Except polite embarassed silence.

Yep, instead of buying it when they had the occasion they tried to kill it.
