Best “No-Go” decision after my plane’s annual

I just picked up my plane from its annual and discovered a few issues with it that some I describe in this video. Oh, I thought that was Steve-O.

His twin was in for service, and he had a job to do, hopped in, and something didn't seem right. Yeah, the prop was damaged so it was back to the ramp, and flying again another day.
