Malaysia and Indonesia are NOT the same country. While both countries are listed as major exporter of palm oils, the article primarily addresses the response of INDONESIA to the EU palm oil ban.

Malaysia's response is unclear from the article, which only states that Malaysia is a major producer of palm oil.
