Indeed. When I began my airline career with West Coast Airlines in 1963, we were not 'just another number'. Over the years I have see Frank Lorenzo, Najeeb E. Halaby Jr and other destroy their airlines. Mergers, acquisitions, all bring us to where we are today. 31" coach seats, no food service, and in some instances...embittered employees who are saying: 'I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore.' My 40 year airline career saw the Golden Age of flight,`Nevermore.'
