I find it fascinating that the pilot ejected once the plane was down, and yet the plane continued WAAAAAAAY down the runway, minus pilot, and yet it didn't wreck, or catch fire. Amazingly great job!!!!

Did the pilot eject? Or did he just pop the canopy?

Sure looks like a white helmet still with the aircraft. I'd say just the canopy.
