Airlines start brewing their own beer

Cathay Pacific introduced a handcrafted bottled beer that was specifically designed to be enjoyed at 35,000 feet. Betsy Beer, named for the airline’s first aircraft, joined the Cathay Pacific team last month and will be served on business- and first-class flights between Hong Kong and destinations in the UK through April 30.
