Avoid Alitalia in the near future

Heading to Rome on an A330-200 night flight was a disaster. I suffer of sciatica. The seats were so narrow that the lady next to me had he arm on mine for most of the flight. The leg room so sparse that the only way to fit was in a twisted form and an angle. For the night flight there were pillows and blankets already there but with the cabin temperature set so high, all but one ended up on the floor.
