A design flaw has left a fighter jet that's part of the Pentagon's most expensive project ever incapable of carrying the military's most highly advanced bombs. And the hits just keep on coming. Scrap the damn thing and get it over with. It may eventually work to some degree but definitely not at the original price tag.
