The anniversary event was well attended in St. Pete. It was especially nice to see the Benoist XIV flying boat on display with Roberts 6-cylinder 2-stroke engine, an exact copy of the aircraft flown 100 years ago by Tony Jannus, in the same spot of the start of commercial aviation.
