PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The pilot of a small plane was forced to make an emergency landing on Route 43 in August when a piece of the propeller came off. I hope this guy either has a good insurance company, or a good lawyer. Isn't that what tolls and taxes are for? This is crazy. He should counteroffer -- the price of one toll ticket.... That way it's over for him and the turnpike commission can say they received payment for the services (without disclosing the terms) to pacify the locals....
