Free flight school in Quebec

Quebecer can have one of the best formation in the world freely in Quebec. With the CQFA (Quebecer Aeronautical Formation Center) the students of that school have to go there for three years and after they can fly without paid for ther training because this formation is given in CÉGEP wich is two or three years depending of what the students wants to do later. I forget to say that it was free because the CÉGEP in Quebec is free for the students because it is the gouvernement that paid for it.
