Planned speed of Mach .86, and all the way up to FL430 before descent. Almost Gulfstream territory there. Not bad at all.

Good to see Ma Boeing almost ready to deliver this baby. Been a long hard pregnancy. I was involved in the ground handling of the DreamLifter and a part of the team that unloaded/loaded the first subsections of the initial B787 in January 2007. This will be a game changing machine, but it's gonna take Boeing a while to reap any financial rewards from it. It's great to see it meeting a lot of the proposed operational targets and ready to go into commercial service.
