Best of luck to her
The Wick to BIRK is a long leg. Next I suspect is Kulusuk (BGKK) on the east coast of Greenland. Gravel strip hidden behind a mountain!. Then BGSF (Used to be Sonderstrom Fjiord. 12,000 ft over the top but not a long leg. Then maybe Iqualauit (CYFB) I would anticipate. I rode along with a ferry pilot in a Grand Caravan (C208) at around 150 kts. A long but fascinating ride. Good luck and fortune to the brave young pilot.
Her planned route is documented at https://flyzolo.com/route/
She landed Iceland. Well done.
OMS443 if anyone is interested in tracking her.

Sean Smith. Yes it is! I watched a video of her take off in Belgium, and froze the videoto to read off the registration as OM-S443

Airborne from Wick at 1345 local UK time (1245 GMT), and tracking on Flightradar24 heading to Iceland
