Russia moves to ground Boeing 737s two years after crash

Russia's IAC said on Thursday it was suspending certification of the Boeing 737 until unspecified safety concerns could be resolved. The IAC plays a role similar to the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board as an investigative and advisory panel.
