This one is owned and operated by the Air Force of Luxembourg.

The aircraft and the entire NATO AWACS fleet is owned by NATO with multinational crews. The aircraft are registered in Luxembourg but operate out of a Main Operating Base at Geilenkirchen, Germany with a runway that stops a few meters short of the Dutch border.

I agree with Paul Nichols, great picture, but not as nice as its forerunner the RC121D. I was an inflight radar maintenance technician with almost 2000hrs flight time from 1960 to 1963.
