With Rotors sill turning and landing light on, Flight Crew of US Army OH-58 Kiowa starts to shut down Helicopter to allow refueling at Grand Strand Airport (KCRE) in North Myrtle Beach, SC on 4/21/2015. Final destination was returning to home base in Fort Bragg, NC.
