Does anyone know what that top engine stand for?

Claudia that is Honeywell's FTB (Flying Test Bed) and that is an engine being flight tested.

Srobak, that is not photoshop if that is what you mean. Honeywell uses this aircraft to test different engines I believe.

Test engine looks like one for a Citation, Gulfstream, Phenom, or Learjet.

Big engines gets the aircraft to altitude where the smaller trolling engine takes over....

The test engine is an HTF7000 family engine, current installed on Gulfstream G280, Bombardier CL350, Embraer Legacy 450/500 and the Cessna Longitude.

This aircraft just flew over my house 17km from melbourne Au. on approach to Melbourne International after round trip over Launceston Tas. Would appear to have made similar flights at a number of locations on it's way to Australia.
