A fantastic photo. I am type rated in the IAI 1124, but the Jetstar2 has exactly twice the TFE 731 powerplants and thrust as compared to the Westwind. I suspect that she is also maybe 20 knots faster in the cruise than the 1124. We had 8700pounds of Jet A available with all of the tanks, including the tips and fuselage, filled to capacity. But with those huge slipper tanks, I am sure that the Jetstar would have had the edge over the Westwind for range.
