USMC C-130J All Marine crew - new paint scheme, very sharp. For the JATO question, there are 4 bottles attached to each side, just forward of the rear ramp. Not always fitted - but real fun when they are lit!

From what I understand, the JATOs were not cost effective so rarely used anymore if at all. When the were lit, it was a show in of itself.
