How low a plane can fly after take off??, this Rogue criminals plane over Summerlin, about 20-24KM from Airport, about 7Min after take off??...take a look at that?....the noise will shake your home and blow your ears off!!!.....Legal flying it seems???? Absolutely no one to Question?
