It IS a beautiful shot, but sorry to be the curmudgeon. This is a processed software 'mirror effect'. Have you ever seen a surface that absolutely perfect after a rainstorm?
Michael Brown... I was thinking the same. This is a digitally enhanced "processed" image in my opinion. It's not too complicated to add such water reflections with photo editing software such as Photoshop. There are tutorials all over the web regarding how to do this. Too, the reflections show some inconsistencies as I observe that appear a bit irregular.
Nice "shot." Too bad it's fake. More like a nice work of art for plane and weather lovers.
