II doubt the photo was taken by either of the persons who posted the photo: It’s very strange that QANTAS has service vehicles at MMUN (Cancun in Mexico) or KORD (O’Hare in Chicago).

Perhaps this is the original?

At least the ‘claimed’ airport Perth (YPPH in Western Australia) is more believable in respect of the service vehicles and aircraft in the background.
