23-L 02-14-2022. First pic of this bird on the data-base. Good looking bird in person. Yes, the underside of the wings are painted black.

The underside of the wings are not black. They are the same color as the lower fuselage. Flag Blue....Akzo Nobel G20024.

Don, I will take your word for it, sounds like you know. All I can say is the wings, and the lower fuselage all "Looked" Black to me. Then again, my eyesight is not the best.
