It looks like after 1958 or 1959 that it was produced as the PA-23-250 and was named Aztec.
With Lycoming O-540 engines and a swept vertical tail.
In 1961 a longer nosed one was produced as the Aztec B and, so forth.
This one is a Piper PA-23-250 Aztec E with a longer pointed nose and single piece windshield.
