I like how you caught the guy in the bubble rear hatch. I wasn't sure until I magnified the photo.

That's an HC-130J CSAR bird (thus the observer hatch/observer you see). The ECs are for electronic warfare. Grand Canary - but based at Monthan-Davis where they fly both types.
See a great many J models flying out of keesler AFB. Home of the hurricane hunters.
On the second picture the guy is still there.. not too busy..
