These are Navions, privately owned in Military colors. The dead giveaway is the foot step up forward of the wing root on the port side. Where this photo was taken, I'll let someone else guess

Well... I am not good at spotting but this was take in downtown Detroit this year during the Grand Prix.

Good call on the lead ship, but dash two and the second element look like T-34s to me.
