Lockheed EC-121 Constellation (14-1311) - The newest addition to the Yankee Air Museum displayed to the public for the first time during Thunder over Michigan 2017. The history of this Lockheed EC-121 Constellation Warning Star airframe, 141311, c/n 4435, is amazing. It was disassembled at the former Chanute Aerospace Museum, (formerly Chanute AFB in Rantoul, Illinois) and trucked to its new home at the museum in Ypsilanti, MI. The former US Navy EC-121 “Warning Star” was used as an early-warning and control radar surveillance aircraft during the cold war era. It will be restored and displayed at the museum. Photo taken on 1 Sept 2017.

Hi Ed

Look at my photos I have of a fully restored and flying Constellation in Australia. It is great to see and hear it flying.

There is an Air Show South of Sydney called wings over Illawarra that is on early in the year.
