What a beautiful painting for Alaska Airlines. Does anybody remember Braniff Airlines paint jobs?
Absolutely gorgeous paint job on this Alaska 737. Great photo showing excellent detail. Cudos to rwb2112 for this submission.
Not too many people outside of aviation circles realize that this particular paint scheme was inspired in part by an actual event of a salmon striking an Alaska aircraft following its' departure from Juneau, Alaska.
