This ist a T207 (Turbo) Not a Turbine Conversion-look at the prop.

Totally agree with frwsch. T207 does not mean "Turbine"; it is powered by 300 HP Continental piston engine.

The "T" designates that this aircraft is fitted with a turbocharged piston engine. I bet there aren't too many of these in Japan...
