Per Cirium - On June 28, 2023, this 1981 Ted Smith Aerostar 602P (VH-OTX) reportedly suffered a “loss of power” during the take-off roll on Runway 24R at Jandakot Airport (JAD), Perth, Western Australia. The take-off was aborted but overran the end of the runway. The accident happened in daylight (1530 Local Time). The aircraft was operating a flight to Gnowangerup (YGNW), Western Australia. There were no reported injuries.
