Per Cirium: On Oct. 17, 2024 this 1976 Piper PA-23-250 Aztec F, operated by Pacific Fleet Aviation, just exited Runway 17 and was taxiing toward the apron at Ellison Onizuka Kona Intl Airport at Keahole, Kailua Kona, Hawaii, United States, when its nose and right main undercarriage appeared to have collapsed. The accident happened in daylight (about 1212L) and in VMC. The aircraft was operating a local survey flight. There were no injuries.
