No, just an optical illusion with the paint scheme.
The quintessential fighter aircraft adorned with ECW pod, LANTIRN pod, ECM pod, extra fuel tanks and a gold covered canopy to reflect RF. Perfect!
This is kind of semantics, but I don't think the jet is OVER Spangdalem when this picture was taken, since it appears to be firing the gun in this photo. The jet is, however, a Spangdalem BASED jet.
