Beechcraft Super King Air 200 (VH-FDM)
Comments
Where is the nose wheel
Greg King. I wish someone would answer that q :)
Fully retracted b/4 the mains started up ??
Appears to be configured for take off and the gear is being raised.
This is what it looks like after the link on the nose gear chain fails.
I suspect this is the approach to landing and it is going to get real expensive.

A local TV station was running a drama series portraying the RFDS. Though dramatized, the operation is real and they really are out the middle of nowhere.
Nose wheel is not down!
Take off and nose wheel retracted first.
As flaps are not totally down, iderive that it is taking off.
What happened to the nose wheel?
Have flown many King Airs, the nosewheel doesn't retract fully before the main gear starts rising up. something is wrong and it looks like an expensive "wrong".
