Boeing 757-200 (TF-FIU)

Great Angle- All Encompassing Shot!
Neat paint job but does it really help sell tickets ?
Makes want to go to Iceland.
B757 never should have been out of production. Quietly one of Boeing's finest. What a gorgeous airplane. And fast... was great to work with as an en route controller, pretty sure I remember at lower altitudes they could do 330 IAS...maybe even 340 and somewhere around Mach 0.82 at cruise altitude. You are number one in the sequence sir!
Great brand marketing. This tells me they are a fun experience.
As I'm unsure about how to post a reply to a comment made on this forum, Consider Keith Brown's comment about the B757 below. I second, Third, Fourth and Fifth his comment. That airplane was beyond fantastic. It should have continued to be one of Boeing's premier single isle aircraft replacing the follow on B737 models. It's likely Boeing didn't do that might have been due to Southwest Airlines high volume use of the B737. But it really angered me when the B757 was pulled from Production.
Easily one of the top ten (maybe top five!) liveries to ever grace an airliner.

I am right there with you vis-a-vis the B757, aka the Seven-Rocket-Seven. Gone too
soon. WAY too soon.
